Police Reform

In accordance with Governor Cuomo's Executive Order, all municipalities with police departments must participate in the New York State Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative. We are forming a diverse committee of community stakeholders to review local police-community relations and to evaluate certain aspects of our police department’s current practices and policies to best reflect policing in the 21st century.

Please contact Supervisor Mary Ann Coogan at macoogan@townofcamillus.com 315-488-1335 or contact Chief Thomas Winn twinn@townofcamillus.com 315-487-0102 if you would like to be considered for appointment to serve on the committee or have any questions or concerns.

Listed below are the NYS Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative Guide as well as several Camillus Police Department Policies and Procedures.
