There are eight parks and over 850 acres of parkland maintained by the Parks & Recreation Department.  Pavilion reservations are available at no cost to Town residents, $100 for non-residents.  These following facilities offer amenities such as playgrounds, picnic pavilions, ball fields, swimming, ice skating, fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and summer youth programs:

Swimming
Swimming facilities are available at Veteran’s Memorial Park at Gillie Lake and West Genesee High School.  See the Parks & Recreation website for additional information.


Music in the Park
In mid-summer, the Parks & Recreation Department hosts a free concert each Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bicentennial Park at the Camillus Municipal Building (weather permitting).  Ample lawn space is available; bring a blanket or lawn chair.  See the Parks & Recreation website for additional information.


Summer Daycamp
Supervised activities for children in grades K - 6, including games, crafts, and field trips, are conducted from late June to mid-August, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) at East Hill Elementary School and Onondaga Road Elementary School.  Pre-registration with the Parks & Recreation Department is required.
